How do I apply to become a Layers community member?
You can apply online or in person at one of our property locations. To apply online, click on the “Locations” tab in the top right-hand corner of this page and select your property. From there you will be redirected to our availability page where you can select your apartment and apply online.
How long are leases for?
Lease terms vary by location and availability. Lease term options can be found on our property pages. Please inquire directly with us regarding short term furnished, extended stay, or corporate housing.
Do Layers members benefit from your technology (app, operations, etc.)?
We have invested extensively in providing top-notch technology for our members. This includes everything from our seamless leasing process to our community app to our ongoing communications to our overall operations.
What is your approval process?
All applicants are screened through a third-party system for criminal and credit history. Income and rental history are also considered. Approval qualifications are property specific, so please review the property leasing criteria prior to applying.
Can I make payments online?
Yes, and it’s our payment method of choice.
Is renter’s insurance required?
Yes, renter’s insurance is required and we work with partner insurance companies in order to provide you with insurance options.
Do you allow pets?
We love pets! (Some fees and restrictions apply.)
